M’CHIGEENG – The UCCM Anishnaabe Police is proud to announce the latest addition to their Police Service, Constable Carrie Anne Spry.
Constable Spry is not new to policing having served five years with the Wikwemikong Police Service. Police Chief Rodney Nahwegahbow says that her police training and experience will make her a great addition to the police service and looks forward to Constable Spry integrating her knowledge and skills and getting to know the UCCM communities.
Constable Spry is married with three children and is a long-time resident of Manitoulin Island. She demonstrates a genuine passion for community based policing and has an interest in contributing to the UCCM Police’s social media initiatives.
Constable Spry began her first shift on April 24 and can be seen in the picture officially receiving her badge from Police Chief Rodney Nahwegahbow and the UCCM Police Service Commission.
