The Waubetek Business Development Corporation is seeking to immediately fill the position of

Manager, Finance and Administration

As a financial institution, this position is critical within the organization to help oversee the financial administration of investments and operations. As a member of Waubetek’s

Management Team, the individual for this position must have the following qualifications:

  • Business Administration diploma (College Level) with a speciality in accounting;
  • A minimum of at least 3 years experience as a financial controller of a corporation,
    business or community;
  • Demonstrated management and supervisory skills;
  • Excellent communication and writing skills;
  • Must be proficient in use of various computer software including ACCPAC;
  • Must have organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work under
    pressure;
  • Demonstrated experience preparing for audit and working closely with the audit team;
  • Information Technology (IT) management experience would be an asset;
  • Ability and experience in preparing and maintaining program reports.
