In loving memory of Violet Florence Trudeau who passed away peacefully in Manitowaning on Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at the age of 73. Violet had an out of this world sense of humour. She loved to make people laugh. She was very talented in beadwork, traditional dancing, cooking and quilting. She worked all over the USA, all the way down to Puerto Rico. She was an adventurous Grandma! Violet was Elvis Presley’s #1 fan. She was a very popular woman. Survived by special friend Raymond Corbiere, daughter Virginia-Anne Peltier, grandchildren Dinah (Tim), Rose Mary (Trent), Heather, Guy (Janine), Travis, Tabitha (B.R.), 14 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Predeceased by parents Cecilia Peltier and Eli Lewis. Remembered by siblings (on Mom`s side) John Peltier, Raymond Peltier, (predeceased), Josephine Santigo (predeceased), Catherine Trudeau, Madeline, Vincent, Lucy Peltier and Martina Pheasant. And siblings (on Dad`s side) Raymond Roy, David Jacko, Boniface Roy, Bobby Lewis, Ronnie Lewis, Tony Lewis, Lucy Trudeau, Marilyn Roy, Marilyn Lewis, Lyda Mishibinijima, Elaine Lewis and Rosemary Roy (predeceased). Visitation was from 1 pm at St. Ignatius Church, Buzwah on Thursday and Friday. Funeral Service was at 11 am on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Holy Cross Mission, Wikwemikong, Ontario with Fr.
